On many surveillances, your target will be followed to residential locations. A common mistake that many cops/agents make is that as soon as the target goes into a house, they feel they have to get the location’s address immediately and as a result, they get made while slowly driving by the house trying to get the address.
A more effective way to get that location’s address is to mark the house and come back later when there’s no chance of getting spotted. Document the location (ex. It’s the 3rd house south of Collum Ave. on the West side of Leavitt Street a Two-story grey sided frame building). The house isn’t going to move. Play it smart.
